Technical Project Manager to Global Trust IT, Fully Remote

Are you an experienced and highly organized project manager ready to take ownership of technical delivery in a fast-paced international environment? Global Trust IT is expanding its European operations and is now looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of multiple software projects. This is a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies in blockchain, tokenization, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions — all within a fully remote setting.

About the Role

As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a key role in leading cross-functional teams across web, mobile, and DevOps. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of technical projects. The role requires strong leadership, an agile mindset, and the ability to bridge the gap between technical detail and business objectives. You will organize stand-ups, manage sprints, and proactively remove blockers to keep projects moving forward.

This is a 1–3 month temporary contract with strong potential for permanent hire based on performance. The position is full-time and fully remote, offering flexibility and exposure to international teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Agile ceremonies, manage workflows, and monitor sprint progress in Jira
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across web, mobile, and DevOps disciplines
• Align technical work with business goals and stakeholder priorities
• Maintain clear project documentation and proactively identify delivery risks
• Track performance metrics such as velocity and quality, ensuring continuous improvement
• Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative team environment
• Contribute to strategic roadmap planning and execution

Is This You?

To succeed in this role, you bring at least three years of experience managing end-to-end software projects, leading multiple teams and stakeholders — often across time zones. You are comfortable working in agile environments and have a proven ability to translate technical concepts into clear communication for non-technical audiences. You are structured, detail-oriented, and thrive in a startup‑like environment where adaptability and initiative are key.’

You have hands‑on experience running agile ceremonies such as stand‑ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, and you manage workflows efficiently in Jira. You possess a solid understanding of software development lifecycles and DevOps processes, with familiarity across both front‑end and back‑end technologies including Node.js, Express, MongoDB, React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS. You’re confident working with CI/CD tools such as Docker, GitHub Actions, and cloud platforms like AWS or GCP, and you’re comfortable using Git for multi‑branch workflows. Your technical background also includes experience with testing frameworks like Jest and Postman, as well as implementing security and compliance measures related to authentication, middleware, GDPR, and rate limiting. Experience integrating APIs, payment gateways such as Stripe, and real‑time communication tools like Socket.IO is highly valued.
