Job summary

Together AI in Dubai seeks a seasoned Technical Program Manager to own and improve qualification processes for compute capacity. You will coordinate cross-functional validation with infrastructure, network, data center, and SRE teams to ensure accurate vendor data and performance claims.

You will run parallel provider evaluations, review technical specs, build auditable records, and maintain templates for compute, networking, storage, and power.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management or infrastructure operations.
• Experience with hardware, data center, or large-scale compute environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with infrastructure, network, data center, and SRE teams to coordinate technical validation
• Review provider technical specifications and questionnaire responses for accuracy
• Conduct first-pass analysis of provider data and performance claims
• Maintain standards, templates, and documentation for compute, networking, storage, and power
• Build a structured, auditable record of evaluation outcomes

Requirements

• 5+ years in technical program management or infrastructure operations
• Experience with hardware, data center, or large-scale compute environments
• Technical fluency in server/GPU hardware, high-performance networking (InfiniBand/Ethernet), storage, and power/cooling
• Ability to write scripts or queries using Python or SQL for data analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to travel to provider and data center sites as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience qualifying or commissioning GPU clusters or HPC infrastructure
• Familiarity with AI training and inference infrastructure and interconnect topologies
• Experience in AI/HPC cluster design
• Background working with hardware vendors or colocation providers
