Job summary

Mastercard invites penultimate-year students to join a Technical Program Management internship in Dubai as part of TREX EEMEA. You will support cross-functional programs spanning technology, regulatory, and operational resilience.

Gain hands-on exposure to how large-scale programs are planned, governed, and delivered in a global context. You will research, analyze data, track projects, coordinate stakeholders, and maintain documentation for reporting and governance.

Qualifications

• Penultimate year student enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with anticipated graduation between Dec 2027 and Jul 2028.
• Available to work full-time for 10-12 weeks starting June 2027.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible, adaptive and a strong collaborator.
• Well planned, organised and structured to manage time and work effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support cross-functional programs focused on technology, regulatory, and operational resilience initiatives across EEMEA.
• Assist with research, data analysis, project tracking, and reporting activities.
• Coordinate stakeholders and document program progress for governance reviews.
