About the Client: A Dubai-based design and build firm specializing in high-end residential renovations for luxury villas and private residences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all technical design reviews, ensuring drawings, specifications, and materials meet quality and compliance standards.
• Provide hands‑on technical guidance to project and site teams ensuring buildability, accuracy, and timely execution.
• Manage all technical documentation (shop drawings, as‑builts, mock‑ups, material approvals) to maintain precision and traceability.
• Collaborate closely with designers, architects, and subcontractors to resolve design discrepancies and deliver seamless integration across trades.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in the interior fit‑out or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of fit‑out materials, joinery, and finishing details; Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office and familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
• Excellent understanding of local authority regulations and approval processes (e.g., Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, DIFC, etc.).
