This role is crucial in overseeing the technical delivery of high‑end fit out and joinery projects ensuring quality, efficiency and alignment with project objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets and resource availability.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors and stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely execution.
• Conduct site assessments and collaborate with design teams to align technical specifications.
• Offer expert‑level guidance on fit out and joinery materials, techniques and processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes and best practices.
• Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in fit out and joinery to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• 8‑10 years of proven experience in interior design within the fit out industry.
