The role requires a MIS-related degree and 7+ years of relevant experience, with proven leadership and a track record of successful project delivery in complex environments.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Determine project requirements, assign deliverables and develop work schedules for the team.
• Liaise with team members, management and clients to ensure projects meet standards and timetables.
• Understand customers’ requirements and propose actions and solutions.
• Design, configure and implement solutions provided to clients.
• Implement software solutions and recommend enhancements while addressing client inquiries.
• Ensure proper testing with the client on implemented solutions.
• Maintain documentation of implementation, design, and best practices.
• Provide post-implementation support during stabilization period.

Technical Lead Consultant

Job Scope

The Technical Lead Consultant is accountable for providing advice and consultancy on services related to the company products and solutions in various industry sectors. S/He determines project requirements and leads the design, configuration, testing and implementation of deliverables on time while overseeing a team of Engineers.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Technical and Operations

• Determine project requirements, assign deliverables and develop work schedules for the team
• Liaise with team members, management and clients on a regular basis to ensure projects are completed according to standard and timetables
• Understand customers’ requirements and propose necessary actions and solutions
• Handle the development process of technical specifications related to the company solutions
• Design, configure and implement solutions provided to clients
• Implement software solutions recommending enhancements to systems and services while solving clients’ complaints and inquiries
• Ensure that appropriate testing is being conducted with the client on the implemented solution
• Ensure a proper documentation including implementation, design, best practices and necessary documents
• Follow up on appropriate post implementation support for the implemented solution during the stabilization period
• Identify valuable information for new sales and services opportunities while working with the clients team
• Guarantee the delivery of technical trainings to clients
• Issue progress reports, analyze risks and propose recommendations accordingly

Talent Development

• Lead and coach the team cultivating empowerment and ownership
• Develop capabilities and secure a solid succession plan
• Conduct regular performance reviews, identify training needs and oversee development plans
