Job summary

NOV in Dubai seeks a senior hydraulic stimulation engineer to lead the delivery of fracturing solutions for conventional and unconventional reservoirs. You will guide fracture design, simulations, and post-fracture evaluation, and collaborate with global teams to drive performance.

The role involves preparing proposals, supporting business development, and deploying NOV technologies across the Eastern Hemisphere, with extensive client interaction and field support.

Qualifications

• Petroleum Engineer degree required.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic fracturing and stimulation.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Minimum of 10 years of international project engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of hydraulic stimulation and multistage fracturing solutions for conventional and unconventional reservoirs.
• Provide technical leadership in fracture design, simulation, execution support, and post-fracture evaluation.
• Prepare technical proposals, engineering studies, and customer solutions supporting business development opportunities.
• Collaborate with customers' reservoir, drilling, completions, and production teams to optimize well performance.
• Support the deployment and commercialization of NOV stimulation technologies across the eastern Hemisphere.
• Conduct technical investigations, performance analysis, and lessons learned to drive continuous improvement.
• Engage with Global Product Line teams to develop and introduce new stimulation technologies.
• Build and maintain strong technical relationships with customers while supporting technical workshops, presentations, and industry events.
