The ideal candidate has over 10 years of software development experience, expertise in Node.js, React.js, and financial transaction APIs, along with strong leadership skills. This full-time role offers a salary between AED 8,000 to AED 15,000 per month.

Tech Stack : Backend : Node.js, Frontend : React.js (Dashboard), Mobile App : React Native, Infrastructure : AWS with Kubernetes, Transaction API : FIX Protocol using Fix parser

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor a team of talented developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Define and drive the technical roadmap aligned with OGOLD’s business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions.
• Oversee the development of backend services using Node.js, ensuring robust and efficient performance.
• Guide the frontend team in building intuitive dashboards with React.js.
• Lead the mobile app development using React Native, ensuring seamless user experiences across platforms.
• Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure, leveraging Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Architect and maintain transaction APIs using the FIX protocol and Fixparser, ensuring secure and reliable transactions.
• Ensure seamless integration with UAE’s leading refineries and other key partners.
• Implement best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, driving continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements :

• 10+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on leadership roles.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience with Node.js, React.js and React Native.
• Solid understanding of AWS services and Kubernetes for infrastructure management.
• Experience with FIX protocol and financial transaction APIs is highly desirable.
