About the role

As a Team Leader in VIP Services, you will be responsible for overseeing the assigned VIP guest, anticipating their preferences and needs throughout their stay. Ensure all guest preferences and requests are noted and communicated to the rest of the team, ensuring all colleagues are able to carry out personalized service. Anticipate guest needs throughout the day and perform food and beverage service as required inside the respective suites and other areas. Assist the guest with their belongings and luggage. Ensure guest preferred newspapers and magazines are prepared timely on a daily basis. Attend to all departure services required, transportation schedule, flight confirmation, next destination assistance. You will report into the Head Butler and work closely with them to ensure the extraordinary service to our guests.

About you

Team Leader, Butler must demonstrate a clear passion for customer service and willingness to learn various areas of resort operations. You will have 2+ years working in VIP or Butler Service with a clear demonstration of luxury service.
