About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader - Operations to join Jumeirah Al Qasr. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Respond to emergencies within the area of supervision, providing or overseeing first aid while ensuring personal safety and proper handover to senior colleagues in line with Ellis & Associates safety standards.
  • Support the Assistant Manager in supervising operational colleagues across all areas to ensure Standard Operating Procedures and Emergency Action Plans are clearly communicated, followed, and regularly practiced.
  • Maintain personal skills and knowledge at a high level to support team performance and uphold safety and service standards.
  • Ensure all administrative reports and documentation are accurately prepared, controlled, and submitted on time.
  • Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally, escalating unresolved issues to the Assistant Manager to ensure quick and effective resolution.
About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Certified Ellis and Associates Special Facilities Lifeguard, with preferred certification as an Ellis and Associates Instructor.
  • At least 1 Year experience in a leadership role at any aquatic facility related to lifeguard operations.
  • Energetic and outdoors-oriented leader with a professional, open-minded attitude and strong ability to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Proficient in English and skilled in computer applications.
