Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai is seeking a Team Leader for vehicle fleet operations. You will supervise drivers, assign routes, ensure on-time pickups and drop-offs, and enforce safety rules.

The ideal candidate holds a UAE driving license, has 2–3 years of team leadership experience, strong English communication, and hands-on vehicle/equipment know-how. Stay calm under pressure and deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Fluent English in speaking, reading and writing.
• Occupational Health and Safety knowledge.
• 2–3 years as a Team Leader.
• UAE manual light or heavy vehicle driving license required.
• Hands-on experience with tools and equipment.
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Customer service orientation.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure teams are picked and dropped on schedule in a punctual and safe manner.
• Follow traffic rules and regulations.
• Ensure that vehicle in use is dispatched out and in for trips.

• Follow traffic rules and regulations
• Ensuring that vehicle in use is dispatched out and in for trips
• Carrying out vehicle maintenance checks
• Maintaining the vehicle's cleanliness
• Ensuring that vehicles have sufficient fuel and are always ready for use.
• Requesting for vehicle repairs when promptly.
