  • Holder of a UAE Driving license and CAR.

The Job

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage a team of real estate agents, providing mentorship, coaching and performance evaluations.
  • Drive sales growth by setting and monitoring individual and team goals, KPIs, and sales targets.
  • Recruit, onboard and train new agents to ensure team strength and cohesion.
  • Support agents in client meetings, negotiations, listings, and closings as needed.
  • Monitor market trends and advise the team on pricing strategies and client approach.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to share updates, review performance, and reinforce company values and goals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to develop promotional campaigns and brand visibility.
  • Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Foster a positive and high-performance culture focused on collaboration and client success.
The Profile
  • Visa : Own Visa Only
  • Holder of UAE Driving license + CAR
  • Proven experience as a successful real estate agent and in a leadership or team management role.
  • Strong leadership, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid understanding of the real estate industry, market dynamics, and sales strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation, organizational and communication abilities.
