We are seeking a visionary Principal Consultant to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our organization you will lead complex consulting projects provide strategic guidance to clients and drive innovation in our service offerings.

  • Spearhead the development and execution of high-impact consulting projects across various industries
  • Provide expert advice and innovative solutions to address complex business challenges
  • Lead and mentor consulting teams fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships
  • Conduct in-depth analysis and research to support strategic decision-making
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations and reports to senior executives and stakeholders
  • Contribute to business development efforts including proposal writing and client pitches
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to enhance our consulting capabilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions
  • Ensure project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and are completed on time and within budget
Qualifications
  • Advanced degree in Business Engineering Economics or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive consulting experience with a proven track record of successful project delivery
  • Strong technical background in advising clients across various industries
  • Expertise in business case development project appraisal and strategic planning
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor and develop junior consultants
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
  • Demonstrated project management expertise including budget management and resource allocation
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships at the executive level
  • Advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Strategic thinking capabilities and the ability to develop innovative solutions
  • In‑depth knowledge of industry trends and best practices in consulting methodologies
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and data analysis techniques
  • Willingness to travel as required for client engagements
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus
