As a Teacher, you will be responsible for creating inspiring lessons to motivate students to learn, instilling a passion for education in all learners. You will be expected to plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that meet the curriculum objectives, develop an understanding of the subject matter and ensure student participation in class activities. You will also need to monitor each student’s progress throughout the course, provide feedback on areas of improvement, and communicate with parents or guardians when necessary. In addition to teaching duties, you must have excellent classroom management skills and stay up-to-date with educational trends. You must be able to work collaboratively with colleagues and other teachers at the school, as well as demonstrate a commitment to developing your own professional practice. Successful candidates should possess strong communication skills and have a degree in Education or related field.
