Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Teaching certification from Ministry of Education or equivalent.
• At least one year experience teaching at school level.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organizational, interpersonal, problem solving and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Developing lesson plans in line with curriculum objectives.
• Teaching classes of up to 30 students in accordance with approved curricula.
• Assessing student work and providing feedback.
• Monitoring student progress on an ongoing basis.
• Organizing extracurricular activities such as field trips or activities outside regular class hours.
• Maintaining student records including attendance, grades, health records etc.
• Establishing clear objectives for all lessons and communicating these objectives to students.
• Creating a positive learning environment that encourages student engagement.
