Reap HR is seeking a professional Tea Maker / Juice Maker to join a renowned restaurant in Al Ain/Abu Dhabi. The candidate should have experience preparing tea, juices, fresh beverages and specialty drinks with strong hygiene and presentation standards.

Responsibilities include preparing and serving tea and juices, maintaining taste, quality and cleanliness, and assisting the kitchen or beverage team as needed. Experience in a high-end restaurant is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Tea Maker or Beverage Maker or similar role.
• Good knowledge of tea, fresh juices, shakes, and other beverages.
• Ability to prepare beverages quickly while maintaining quality.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Clean, organized and presentable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel/restaurant/café environment.

• Maintain consistent taste, quality, and presentation.
• Prepare ingredients such as fruits, milk, tea, and other beverage items.

• Keep the beverage preparation area clean and hygienic.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Monitor stock levels of fruits, tea, milk, and other ingredients.
• Minimize wastage and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
• Take beverage orders and prepare them accurately and efficiently.
• Support the kitchen or beverage team when required.
