Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in economics, finance, tax or accounting.
• At least four years of relevant experience as Tax professional.
• Big 4 accounting firm experience preferred, government or international firms acceptable.
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international tax rules and authority practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and interact with senior stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including drafting technical memos.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance on tax policy development referencing best practice and trends.
• Support tax and revenue administrations in implementing tax and revenue policies.
• Assist governments with strategy and engagement on international tax initiatives.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, economics, public policy teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Prepare and present insights clearly and persuasively.
