Job summary

Inspire Selection is recruiting an experienced Tax Manager for its Dubai office to lead the Tax function as it expands globally.

The role focuses on developing policies, coordinating with external advisers, and ensuring tax compliance across diverse jurisdictions, including transfer pricing planning. Based in Dubai, you will report to the CFO and oversee indirect taxes.

Qualifications

• Excellent communicator with exposure to diverse nationalities; English fluency required.
• Minimum 4 years of tax experience.
• Big 4 tax experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow the Tax department from scratch and implement policies and procedures.
• Liaise with external Tax Advisers across operating countries and build relationships.
• Report to the CFO on tax matters.
• Handle Indirect Tax / VAT issues and ensure tax compliance.
• Prepare Transfer Pricing documentation and tax planning.

Our client is an embryonic yet international business with a presence in 40 countries. Due to continued growth, they’re now hiring an experienced Tax Manager for their Dubai office.

This is an excellent opportunity for a young Tax professional to continue their career in the Tax field. Your role will continue to develop as the company grows.

Responsibilities

• Develop & grow the Tax department from scratch – opportunity to implement all policies & procedures
• Liaison with external Tax Advisers in each of the operational countries, building on existing relationships and developing new ones
• Reporting to the CFO
• Deal with any Indirect Tax / VAT issues
• Ensure Tax Compliance
• Transfer Pricing documentation and Tax planning

Qualifications

• Excellent communicator due to dealing with many different nationalities. Fluency in English is essential
• Min 4 years’ experience in Tax
• Ideally Big 4 Tax experience
• You will be currently located in Dubai
• Excellent IT (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
