Role Title: Talent Executive (Temporary)
Location: Abu Dhabi
Job Purpose
Support the organization’s hiring strategy by ensuring staffing needs are met and building a diverse talent pipeline. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and candidate experience while coordinating with hiring managers to align role requirements with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Tasks
- Manage the full recruitment cycle using ATS, job boards, and social media.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define selection criteria.
- Source candidates through online networks and external recruitment agencies.
- Create job descriptions and interview questions based on role requirements.
- Conduct screening, assessments, and interviews.
- Review CVs, portfolios, and reference checks.
- Support job fairs and recruitment events to build a candidate pipeline.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and documentation.
- Implement recruitment policies and benchmarking standards.
- Manage candidate pools and maintain long-term candidate relationships.
- Process hiring paperwork and prepare recruitment reports.
- Represent the organization at internal and external recruitment events.
- Recommend improvements for talent acquisition processes.
- Handle additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the education sector.
