A leading recruitment agency in Abu Dhabi is seeking a temporary Talent Executive to support their hiring strategy. The candidate will manage the recruitment cycle, source candidates, and ensure an excellent candidate experience. A Bachelor's degree in human resources management and a minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the education sector, are required. Strong communication skills and ATS proficiency are essential.

Job Purpose

Support the organization’s hiring strategy by ensuring staffing needs are met and building a diverse talent pipeline. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and candidate experience while coordinating with hiring managers to align role requirements with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Tasks
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle using ATS, job boards, and social media.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define selection criteria.
  • Source candidates through online networks and external recruitment agencies.
  • Create job descriptions and interview questions based on role requirements.
  • Conduct screening, assessments, and interviews.
  • Review CVs, portfolios, and reference checks.
  • Support job fairs and recruitment events to build a candidate pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and documentation.
  • Implement recruitment policies and benchmarking standards.
  • Manage candidate pools and maintain long-term candidate relationships.
  • Process hiring paperwork and prepare recruitment reports.
  • Represent the organization at internal and external recruitment events.
  • Recommend improvements for talent acquisition processes.
  • Handle additional duties as assigned.
