Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain payroll and attendance systems for new hires and status changes.
• Prepare payroll details ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee exit management process for departing employees.
• Develop and update brand and department policies as needed.
• Assist with new hire orientations and employee engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate employer activities and events.
• Maintain confidentiality and manage employee filing systems.
• Support preparation of monthly reports.
• Ensure HR communication boards are up-to-date.
• Manage document delivery to departments efficiently.
• Provide courteous customer service to team members.
