  • Assist with new hire orientations and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate employer activities and events.
  • Maintain confidentiality and manage employee filing systems.
  • Support preparation of monthly reports.
  • Ensure HR communication boards are up-to-date.
  • Manage document delivery to departments efficiently.
  • Provide courteous customer service to team members.

Job description

We are seeking a Talent and Culture Executive to join our team reporting directly to the Director of Talent and Culture. The role encompasses the following key responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain payroll and time and attendance systems including processing new hires, promotions, resignations and other employment status changes.
  • Prepare and verify payroll details ensuring all inputs are submitted accurately and on time.
  • Oversee the Exit Management process facilitating smooth transitions for departing employees.
  • Develop and update brand and department policies and procedures as needed.
  • Assist with new hire orientations and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate and execute employer‑related activities and events.
  • Maintain confidentiality and manage the filing system and tracking database for all employees and leaders.
  • Support the preparation of monthly reports as required.
  • Ensure HR communication boards are current and informative.
  • Manage document delivery to appropriate departments in a timely manner.
  • Provide professional, courteous and efficient customer service to team members and leaders consistently.

This position requires a dedicated individual who can contribute to the success of our Talent and Culture department while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
