A leading global company in Dubai is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to own the recruitment process for technology and banking talent. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience, focusing on building partnerships with business leaders and implementing sourcing strategies. This role requires strong stakeholder management skills and expertise in the UAE talent landscape. It offers a competitive salary of 26,000 – 32,000 AED per month, plus benefits and annual bonuses.
