The Role

As Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for a diverse portfolio of roles, with a strong focus on technology and banking talent. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, championing best practices in hiring and ensuring that every candidate touchpoint reflects the company’s values. What You’ll Do
  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for mid-to-senior roles, with a focus on technology and banking functions
  • Build strong partnerships with business leaders and hiring managers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored talent solutions
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract outstanding, diverse candidates
  • Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a seamless, positive experience at every stage
  • Provide market intelligence on talent trends, compensation, and competitor activity
  • Mentor and support junior members of the talent acquisition team
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and candidate care

  • At least 5 years’ experience in talent acquisition, ideally in-house within a major corporation or at a leading recruitment agency
  • Deep expertise in recruiting for technology and/or banking sectors
  • Strong understanding of the UAE and regional talent landscape

  • Proven ability to deliver results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • A strategic mindset, with a passion for building high-performing teams
