The Role

The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead and oversee end-to-end recruitment activities across Miral Experiences and its managed properties. This role is responsible for managing a team of recruiters, driving efficient and cost-effective hiring strategies, and partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver high-quality talent within optimized timelines.


Key Responsibilities

Vacancy Assessment & Planning



  • Conduct independent intake meetings with hiring managers to fully understand role requirements, budgets, and timelines

  • Review vacancy details to ensure all approvals and prerequisites are in place

  • Partner with HR Business Partners to support smooth hiring processes and escalate issues when required

  • Oversee hiring plans to ensure realistic timelines for sourcing, interviews, calibration, and offers


Sourcing & Talent Pipelines



  • Oversee vacancy postings across career portals, job boards, and agency platforms

  • Ensure efficient use of job boards and track ROI

  • Source candidates through ATS, job boards, and proactive outreach

  • Engage passive candidates for niche and hard-to-fill roles

  • Build and maintain strong industry talent pipelines


Screening & Shortlisting



  • Review and shortlist CVs from multiple sourcing channels

  • Conduct tele-screen interviews to assess fit, interest, and availability

  • Update candidate records and correspondence via the ATS

  • Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers


Interviews & Assessments



  • Interview candidates to assess technical and cultural fit

  • Plan and lead assessment centers as required

  • Share structured feedback with hiring managers

  • Facilitate calibration meetings and support final hiring decisions

  • Provide regular vacancy status updates through reports and meetings


Recruitment Campaigns



  • Plan and lead overseas recruitment trips and local open days

  • Prepare and deliver company and role presentations

  • Collaborate with agencies on targeted sourcing campaigns

  • Support additional recruitment initiatives and projects as assigned


Team Leadership & Reporting



  • Lead and coach the Talent Acquisition team through regular progress reviews

  • Drive engagement, knowledge-sharing, and team collaboration

  • Prepare quarterly and ad-hoc recruitment performance reports


What We’re Looking For


  • Degree, diploma, or certification in Human Resources

  • CIPD or SHRM qualification

  • 4–5 years of Talent Acquisition experience within theme parks, hospitality, or similar fast-paced environments

  • Proven in-house full-cycle recruitment experience

  • Strong working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems

  • Experience with interviewing, assessment, and offer negotiation

  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills

  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Experience with social media sourcing

  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and people-focused environment
