Job summary

BGS Medical Center in Dubai, UAE, seeks a Dermatology Nurse Assistant (Tagalog Speaker) to join its Dermatology and Aesthetic Department. The role involves assisting dermatologists during consultations, preparing treatment rooms, and ensuring high-quality patient care.

You will maintain records, manage inventory, uphold infection control, and support a range of laser and aesthetic procedures. Fluency in Tagalog and English is required; DHA eligibility is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Experience in dermatology, aesthetics, or healthcare settings preferred.
• Fluency in Tagalog and English required.
• Knowledge of dermatology laser and aesthetic procedures preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and patient-centered approach.
• DHA Eligibility Letter or DHA License is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist dermatologists and aesthetic practitioners during consultations, examinations, and procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, machines, and consumables before and after procedures.
• Ensure infection control and patient safety protocols.
• Assist in various dermatology and aesthetic treatments, including: Carbon Laser Peel, Chemical Peels, HydraFacial, Microneedling, PRP, Mesotherapy, Skin Booster Treatments, Acne and Acne Scar Treatments, Wart and Skin Tag Removal, Pigmentation Treatments, Botox and Dermal Filler Procedures, IV Drips and Wellness Treatments, Facial Rejuvenation Procedures.
• Prepare patients before treatments and provide post-treatment instructions as directed by the physician.
• Monitor patients during procedures and report any concerns to the treating physician.
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
• Manage inventory and ensure adequate stock levels of medical supplies, consumables, and treatment products.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness of all treatment rooms and equipment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
