Job summary

We Search seeks a skilled BI professional to design and deliver tableau-based dashboards, build Snowflake data models, and develop robust data pipelines. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable analytics solutions.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with Tableau, Snowflake, SQL, and data governance, with strong communication skills and business acumen to align BI with corporate objectives.

Qualifications

• Tableau and Snowflake are mandatory skills.
• SQL/SQL Server experience preferred.
• Aletryx experience is desirable.
• Tableau dashboard visualization and deployment knowledge.
• Strong analytics and data governance/testing know-how.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to elicit requirements and produce prototypes.
• Develop data pipelines and transformations to integrate multiple data sources.
• Create and maintain Tableau dashboards and analytics products.
• Support deployment and maintenance of BI solutions across business units.

Skills Tools and Systems Experience:

• Tableau - Mandatory


• Snowflake - Mandatory

• SQL / SQL Server - should have skills


• Aletryx - should have skills


• MS Office


• Power BI p preferred


• Report dashboard visualization and application development deployment and maintenance in Tableau


• In-depth knowledge of database management systems products and processes


• Ability to create SQL code and develop data pipelines and transformations to integrate multiple data sources into analytical products


• Experience engaging with stakeholders to elicit requirements produce prototypes and hand over finished products to business units


• Strong analytics knowledge including concept and applications


• Expertise in Information Management Data Governance and Testing


• Business and commercial acumen to align BI solutions with organizational objectives


• Communication and interpersonal skills for a consultative approach within a corporate multifunctional multicultural environment


• Knowledge of change management concepts and trends
