Job description

We are looking for a Senior Linux System Engineer with experience in carrier grade to build, operate, and support production Linux systems in a high availability environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of Linux OS and software applications
  • Provide first level technical support to end users and assist with multiple systems including:
  • IPTV /OTT Systems
  • Network and Service Monitoring Applications
  • Daily Monitor the performance and health of servers, identifying and addressing potential issues or anomalies
  • Diagnose/resolve and Escalate system problems, such as network connectivity issues, hardware failures, and software errors
  • Work closely with L2 and L3 teams to ensure issues are properly tracked and resolved

  • knowledge of orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, OpenShift/OCP)
  • Awareness of monitoring and visualization tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
