Job summary

Canon EMEA is seeking a System Engineer to service customers onsite and remotely, implementing and supporting print management, document management, OCR/IDP, and automation solutions. You will work on uniFLOW, PaperCut, and related applications, collaborating with pre-sales, project delivery, training and post-sales support to ensure successful deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in related IT position.
• Experience implementing and supporting enterprise software solutions in customer environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments and Active Directory.
• Experience with virtualization and cloud technologies.
• Strong customer-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Valid GCC driving license.

Responsibilities

• Provide presales support and technical consultations with customers.
• Install, configure, and support print management and ECM solutions.
• Assist in solution architecture design and project delivery.
• Coordinate with service teams to increase Canon device connectivity.
• Provide remote and onsite support and ensure SLA adherence.
