Job summary

Emirates is hiring a Ground Instructor located in Dubai. As a Synthetic Flight Instructor, you will conduct various flight training and assessments for pilots, supporting their development in a modern training environment.

The role requires holding a CPL, MPL, or ATPL, at least 12 months of instructor experience, and 1500 hours of flight time on multi-pilot aircraft. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Hold or have held a Commercial Pilot License (CPL), Multi-crew Pilot License (MPL), or Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL).
• Minimum of 12 months as an active Instructor/Examiner.
• At least 1500 hours flight time as a pilot on multi-pilot aeroplanes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct various types of training in line with company requirements.
• Complete and submit detailed reports and assessments of pilots.
• Recommend additional training for trainee pilots not meeting standards.
• Provide recommendations for efficiency, safety, and quality improvements.
• Support ad hoc projects and course development as required.
