Job summary

Aldar Academies seek a dedicated Swimming Instructor for Al Ain British Academy in the UAE. Immediate start with a relocation-friendly package and a focus on safety, skill development, and engaging lessons across age groups.

You will supervise a swimming assistant, plan structured lessons, run galas and extracurricular programs, and coordinate with teachers to ensure student wellbeing in and around the pool.

Qualifications

• UAE approved Swimming Coach Certificate.
• First Aid Certificate and CPR knowledge.
• Experience teaching swimming across age groups and supervision of staff.

Responsibilities

• Teach swimming lessons to all classes with focus on skill and water safety.
• Supervise and manage the swimming assistant for lesson delivery.
• Plan engaging, structured lessons for different ages and abilities.
• Lead extra-curricular swimming programs and coordinate with school staff.
• Maintain safety, supervise pool activities and respond to emergencies.
