Sunset Hospitality Group in Dubai is seeking energetic Food Runners/Waiter Assistants to join our lifestyle brands. The role supports the service team by delivering food quickly and accurately from the kitchen to guests in a busy setting, while upholding presentation, hygiene and guest-service standards.

The ideal candidate has prior experience as a Food Runner or Waiter Assistant, good English communication, and demonstrates strong teamwork, speed and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Food Runner, Commis Waiter or Waiter Assistant.
• Experience within a busy restaurant, beach club or lifestyle-dining concept.
• Good English communication skills.
• Energetic, presentable and guest-focused.
• Strong teamwork, speed and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food promptly to the correct tables and guests.
• Check dishes for accuracy, presentation and completeness before leaving the kitchen.
• Clearly announce dishes and communicate allergy or dietary information.
• Coordinate with waiters, supervisors and kitchen employees during service.
• Assist with clearing, resetting and maintaining clean service areas.
• Handle plates and service equipment safely and professionally.
• Follow food-safety, hygiene and brand-service standards.
• Support the wider front-of-house team during busy periods.
