Job summary

Crédit Agricole CIB, Dubai, recherche un analyste en Sustainable Investment Banking dans le cadre d'une VIE. Vous rejoindrez une équipe interfacée avec les lignes de métiers et le Coverage pour structurer et exécuter des transactions de financement durable.

Le poste implique une analyse sectorielle, la préparation de supports client, et la participation à l'exécution de transactions, avec un focus sur les obligations vertes et sociales et les financements ESG.

Qualifications

• Maîtrise d'un Master ou équivalent en finance, économie ou environnement.
• Excellentes capacités analytiques et quantifiables.
• Bonnes compétences en communication et travail en équipe.

Responsibilities

• Analyse sectorielle et suivi des tendances Green/ Social/ Sustainability Bond.
• Préparation de pitchs client et documents RFP pour transactions potentielles.
• Participation à l'exécution des transactions et rédaction de cadres de financement durable.
• Coordination des opinions externes et présentations investisseurs.

Missions

Join the CACIB Sustainable Investment Banking team based in Dubai The team partners with all Credit Agricole CIB business lines as well as the Coverage Department in originating structuring and executing sustainable finance transactions i.e. financing transactions which embed a social and environmental component for example green social sustainability bonds and loans sustainability-linked finance products ESG ratings advisory

Your main missions will be

Sectorial Analysis and monitoring of the Green Social and Sustainability Bond market trends monitoring of market data basesPreparation of client pitches RFP responses and discussion materials for potential transaction Participation in the execution of mandated transaction drafting sustainable finance frameworks coordinating second party opinion reviews drafting investor presentation investor profiles etc Monitoring and analysis of the sustainability reporting prepared by green and social bond issuers Participation in analyzing assets and projects eligible for a green or social bond or for an impact investment project Assistance to the team in all other daily tasks

To be eligible for a VIE :- Be less than 28 years- Be graduated of Master Degree- Be EU citizen

Crit res candidat Niveau d' tudes minimum Bac + 5 / M2 et plus Formation / Sp cialisation Preferred Specialisation is Sustainable Finance or Environmental Sciences. Niveau d'exp rience minimum 0 - 2 ans Exp rience Prior experience in global financial markets or with ESG rating agencies will be an advantage.

Comp tences recherch es - Strong analytical skills and quantitative skills needed, and attention to detail ;- Self-motivated, detail-minded with a strong sense of integrity, commitment and responsibility ;- Team oriented ;- Good communicator.

Outils informatiques High level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Langues Fluent in written and Spoken English, Arabic or French are advantageous.
