Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in the same position within Qatar.
• Proven track record achieving GSAS and/or LEED targets.
• Strong knowledge of Qatar authority processes and Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate architectural and interior design across all stages.
• Drive the project's sustainability strategy and define targets.
• Secure approvals from relevant authorities and ensure compliance.
