Job summary

ADNOC Group is seeking a Sustainability Specialist to support the organization with strategy, policies and implementation across emissions, energy, and reporting. You will analyze environmental data, contribute to GHG inventories, and participate in communications and training.

Ideal candidates hold a relevant bachelor’s degree and have extensive experience in sustainability management, with strong English proficiency and knowledge of global standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Sciences, Chemistry or Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of experience with at least 3 years as Sustainability Specialist.
• Fluency in English, written and oral.
• Understanding of sustainability strategies and management systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of environmental data (emissions, water, waste, energy).
• Calculate and review GHG/carbon emissions inventories and related metrics.
• Represent ADNOC in sustainability events and communicate policies to employees and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement sustainability programs and training to raise awareness.
• Contribute to data gathering and timely submission for sustainability reports.
• Monitor implementation of procedures and ensure compliance with sustainability practices.
