Job summary

Transmed is seeking a Sustainability Support role to help integrate sustainability principles into its operations by supporting data management, compliance, reporting and employee engagement across all markets. The role works closely with the Senior Manager - Sustainability to drive carbon reduction, energy efficiency, waste management and operational sustainability.

You will collect and validate data from all markets, maintain dashboards, and collaborate with internal teams, suppliers and NGOs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Environmental Engineering or related field.
• Sustainability certification (IEMA, GRI basics, CDP foundations) is a plus.
• Experience in sustainability, ESG reporting, environmental compliance or related field is advantageous.
• Experience in FMCG, supply chain or logistics sectors is a plus.
• Familiarity with reporting frameworks (GRI, GHG Protocol, CDP, SDGs).
• Understanding of Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions and carbon accounting basics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support execution and coordination of sustainability initiatives across markets, focusing on carbon reduction, energy efficiency, waste management and operational sustainability.
• Collect, consolidate and validate sustainability data from all markets, maintain tracking tools and dashboards, and support ESG reporting with external partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, NGOs and external partners to drive sustainability initiatives and ensure timely execution of action plans.
• Assist in organizing sustainability campaigns, trainings, workshops and employee engagement activities to promote awareness.
• Benchmark Transmed's sustainability practices against industry peers and best practices.
