Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
• Minimum 2 years of current/recent Surgical OPD experience.
• UAE or Middle East experience preferred.
• Basic Arabic language skills required.
• Proficiency in English with strong verbal and written communication.
• Computer literacy and MS Office proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver quality patient care with the multi professional team per standards and legislation.
• Ensure patient safety by identifying and managing risks per policies and legislation.
• Create positive patient experiences by fostering a supportive environment under nursing leadership.
• Mentor and coach learners and nursing staff to build competence.
