Job summary

The Confidential Company is seeking a TSW Operator to support safe, efficient PSD delivery to customers in the Abu Dhabi area. The role requires readiness to assist field and maintenance crews, prepare equipment for rig up and rig down, and ensure work is completed on time while following HSE policies.

You will participate in pre-job and toolbox meetings, wear PPE, and maintain equipment in good working order, reporting problems or deviations as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of drilling experience.
• Experience in rig, oil and gas operations.
• Commitment to safety and PPE protocols.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, efficient, and reliable PSD service to customers.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and support crews.
• Prepare equipment for rig up/down and operate per competency.
• Maintain equipment safety and PPE usage; report deviations.

The TSW Operator is responsible for delivering safe efficient and reliable PSD to customers The Operator should identify opportunities to improve service delivery and assists field and maintenance crews with preparing equipment for operations Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time Participate in pre-job and Toolbox meetings with crew members Maintain good safe working order of equipment according to standards reporting problems or deviations Ensure individual and crew work safety Prepare equipment for rig up and rig down times Operate the equipment according to competency level and job requirement wear PPE and observe HSE policies -Maintain the required safety training
