Overview

Customer Care Supervisor / Client Care Manager position in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This hybrid role involves remote and onsite duties as part of Boston Scientific's work environment. Remote eligibility and onsite area are noted as applicable.

Responsibilities
  • Industry Knowledge: Provide ongoing devices and education to staff to ensure up-to-date sector and product expertise. Maintain broad understanding of industry trends and their impact on local/regional sales tasks.
  • Company Management: Support supply chain management tasks; monitor team performance, initiate corrective actions, prepare reports, recaps, analysis, and documentation on team management. Monitor service indicators; support team development to meet evolving customer needs and opportunities for improvement. Ensure effective implementation of customer documents, key contacts, records, and business plans.
  • Operational Leadership: Perform division strategies and tasks; manage costs to meet division objectives within budget. Recommend process and procedural improvements. Provide monthly task reports.
  • Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Compliance: Audit 404 - review procedures quarterly; implement corrective actions; archive required files. Participate in driving quality awareness and guide the organization toward improved efficiency and customer-oriented campaigns. Ensure staff are informed of mandatory training and quality obligations with HR; track completion of mandatory training.
  • Customer Tasks: Provide frontline support for clients on key issues, consignment issues, and value-added services. Assess customer requirements and guide others to achieve expected results. Train and influence team members to understand client problem solving activities. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills in client communications; actively support division initiatives.
