Responsibilities

Job Summary & Purpose

Stock In flow and Out flow management from and to vendors

Key Performance Areas (KPAs) & Principal Accountabilities

• 1 Plan and controls in and out flow of stocks to and from the warehouse
• 2 Order Fill Rate and coordination with vendor to improve fill rate
• 3 Plans and coordinates time for vendor to visit for stock receiving and picking
• 4 Check the existing Purchase returns and coordinate with WH and vendor on pickups
• 5 Point of contact between vendors and WH
• 6 Promotion Stock Planning and ensuring timely delivery of stocks
• 7 Higher Fill rate and ensure zero returns pending at warehouse.
• 8 Timely arrival of vendors as per the schedule.

Requirements

• Experience (Yrs & Field): 2yrs+ in supply chain retail
• Educational Qualification: Preferably Graduate, MS Excel
• Professional Certifications: Knowledge of ERP system – SAP/others
• Skills & Abilities: Vendor Management, Inventory management, demand forecasting
