Job summary

A Group is seeking a Supply Chain Assistant in the United Arab Emirates (Dubai) to support smooth movement of materials, products, and information across daily operations. The role emphasizes organization, documentation, and collaboration with multiple teams.

You will assist with procurement-related tasks and maintain accurate records, inventories, and reports while ensuring timely delivery and effective coordination with suppliers and internal departments.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily supply chain and logistics activities
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, transport teams, and internal departments
• Prepare and maintain purchase orders, delivery records, and related documents
• Track shipments, deliveries, and order status
• Follow up on pending orders and delivery schedules
• Maintain accurate inventory and supply records
• Assist with stock monitoring and identify shortages or delays
• Update databases, spreadsheets, and supply chain reports
• Support procurement and purchasing activities when required
• Help resolve routine supply, delivery, and documentation issues
• Maintain organized records of suppliers, orders, and deliveries
