Job summary

Fidia Pharma Middle East F.Z.E. in Dubai, UAE, seeks a dedicated supply chain planner to analyze regional data, support demand planning, and optimize inventory levels across the region for improved service levels.

You will collaborate with production, logistics and quality teams, drive data-driven improvements, and contribute to digitalization projects while maintaining accurate records for audits and KPI reviews.

Qualifications

• Bsc. in Logistics, business administration, or related supply chain field.
• 3–5 years of demand planning or supply chain experience in UAE.
• Extra certifications in logistics or international trade preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze and report regional supply chain data (inventory, orders, lead times).
• Monitor KPIs and identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Support demand planning and forecasting with data-driven insights.
• Assist in inventory management and optimization; address out-of-stock and obsolescence.
• Prepare regular management and cross-functional reports and presentations.
• Collaborate with production, logistics and quality to support supply chain initiatives.
• Contribute to new tools and digitization projects regionally.
• Support purchase requests and documentation per guidelines.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and continuous improvement.

Job Description

• Collect, analyze, and report supply chain data (inventory levels, order fulfillment, lead times, etc.) for the region.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support demand planning and forecasting activities with data-driven insights.
• Assist in inventory management and optimization, helping to resolve issues such as out of stock, overstock, and obsolescence.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for management and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with local and corporate functions (production, logistics, quality) to support supply chain initiatives.
• Contribute to the implementation of new tools and digitalization projects at the regional level.
• Support the preparation of purchase requests and documentation in line with company guidelines.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and continuous improvement activities.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and compliance.
