Job summary

Khidmah in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced FM Supervisor to oversee day-to-day facilities management operations, coordinate MEP, HVAC, and general maintenance, and ensure service delivery meets client requirements.

You will supervise technicians, conduct site inspections, manage reports and records, and support the FM Manager in achieving operational targets while maintaining HSE compliance and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management or related field.
• 3–5 years experience in Facilities Management or building maintenance.
• Experience supervising technicians or maintenance teams.
• Good knowledge of MEP and general building maintenance.
• Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance reporting systems.
• UAE facilities management experience preferred.
• Male candidates preferred.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily facilities management and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate and monitor MEP, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil, and general maintenance works.
• Allocate tasks to technicians and ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify maintenance and safety issues.
• Monitor the performance of technicians and subcontractors.
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance activities are completed as scheduled.
• Coordinate with the client and report any operational issues or service requirements.
• Maintain daily reports, checklists, work orders, and maintenance records.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and company procedures.
• Monitor the availability and proper use of tools, equipment, and materials.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergency maintenance requirements.
• Support the FM Manager/Facility Manager in achieving operational and service delivery targets.
• Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with approved SOPs and client requirements.

• Good knowledge of MEP and general building maintenance.
• Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and maintenance reporting systems.
• UAE facilities management experience is preferred.
• Male candidates preferred.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.
