The ideal candidate should have strong problem solving skills and be able to think outside the box when it comes to finding solutions.

The successful candidate must have a minimum of two years' experience in a supervisory role, preferably within the same or similar industry. They must also possess excellent interpersonal skills, as well as an understanding of customer service principles. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
