Job summary

TALENTMATE is seeking an experienced Supervisor- Construction (Rotating Equipment) in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role focuses on supervising mechanical activities for rotating equipment including pumps, compressors, turbines and gearboxes, ensuring robust safety and quality standards on site.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 10+ years of construction supervision experience, especially in oil and gas EPC projects. ADNOC approval is a plus for this full-time position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction supervision.
• At least 5 years in oil and gas EPC projects as Construction Supervisor (Mechanical).
• Experience in overseeing installation, alignment and commissioning of rotating equipment (pumps, compressors, turbines, gearboxes).
• Familiarity with ASME, ANSI and API codes (API 510/570).
• ADNOC approval is an added advantage.
