Job summary

MindBase Education in Abu Dhabi seeks an Education Consultant to deliver individualized and group tutoring across core subjects. The role includes progress monitoring, reporting, and collaboration with center staff to align tutoring with instructional goals.

Qualifications

Degree and teaching qualification required.
Experience teaching English or English/Literature at GCSE/A-Level level.
Proficiency in maths topics up to calculus for secondary students.
Ability to teach English/Literature and science subjects.

Responsibilities

Provide individualized and small group tutoring in core subjects to help students improve understanding and performance.
Assist students with homework and assignments ensuring they develop good study habits and time management skills.
Regularly assess student progress and communicate findings to the Center Manager and parents as needed.
Create detailed assessment reports after tutoring sessions documenting performance and feedback for guardians.
Mentor and role model to help students build confidence and resilience.
Collaborate with Center Manager and staff to align tutoring with teaching objectives.
Engage with parents to discuss progress and address concerns.
Participate in training sessions and workshops to improve tutoring skills.
Conduct engaging tutoring sessions in-person and online, maintaining a positive learning environment.

Education Consultant Responsibilities:

Academic Support: Provide individualized and small group tutoring in core subjects to help students improve their understanding and performance.

Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess student progress and communicate findings to the Center Manager and parents as needed.
