Job summary

Chalhoub Group is seeking a Beauty Consultant in Dubai to drive store sales and deliver exceptional guest experiences across luxury beauty brands. You will support CRM and CX initiatives in-store and participate in training programs to stay ahead of trends.

You will build omni-channel client relationships, help optimize product placement, and contribute to marketing events while upholding brand standards and service levels.

Key Overview

• Drive sell-throughs within the store
• Attend Beauty training classes and seminars
• You will collect data on customer behaviour, top sellers, slow movers which will be key input for business reviews
• Drive client relationships within an omni-channel approach
• Provide pre-buying feedback on products
• Ensure click and collect are conducted within SLAs (Service-level agreement)
• Ensure customer data is properly captured in adherence to marketing team requirements
• Support with in-store marketing events and activations
• Keep abreast of all brand social media activitiesand campaigns
• Provide input to what’sworking well/what’snot working well within the store
