Role Overview

Qashio is hiring a Strategy Manager to own the company’s strategic agenda and be the communication layer between leadership and execution. This leader will connect vision to action, explain the “why” behind processes, and ensure teams deliver against the right outcomes. The ideal candidate comes from management consulting and has hands on experience turning strategy into measurable business results.

Requirements

• Management consulting background (top tier or equivalent) with 3–6+ years of client facing strategy/operations work.
• 4+ years in an operator role (e.g., Strategy, BizOps, Product/Program, or COO office) in a high growth environment.
• Demonstrated ability to design operating models, process improvements, and decision frameworks that scale.
• Strong analytical toolkit (Excel/Sheets; basic SQL or BI tools a plus); able to turn data into clear narratives and decisions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication - concise briefs, execready materials, and effective meeting facilitation.
• Proven skill in driving cross-functional execution without direct authority.

Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech/SaaS/B2B environments and product led organizations.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira/Linear, Notion/Confluence, Asana, Tableau/Looker.
• Regional exposure and multi market coordination.
