Job summary

A leading educational organization in Fujairah seeks a Strategic Planning & Performance Specialist to support the development and implementation of strategic goals. You will analyze performance data, coordinate administrative operations, and contribute to quality assurance frameworks. The ideal candidate has a Master's degree in Business Administration, at least 7 years of relevant experience, and is fluent in Arabic and English.

Role & Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Performance:

  • Support the development, implementation, and review of strategic plans and business objectives
  • Assist in designing and executing performance management frameworks, KPIs, and balanced scorecards
  • Monitor performance against strategic goals and provide actionable insights for improvement
  • Analyse internal and external data to inform decision-making and performance reporting
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure alignment between operational plans and strategic objectives
  • Prepare performance reports and dashboards for executive leadership
  • Facilitate strategic planning workshops and periodic performance review meetings
  • Conduct benchmarking and maintain awareness of industry best practices

Office Coordination & Staff Support:

  • Coordinate daily administrative operations to ensure smooth workflow across departments
  • Support communication and task follow-up between management and staff to enhance productivity and accountability

Quality Assurance & Accreditation Support:

  • Contribute to implementing quality assurance frameworks for institutional and program-level accreditation
  • Monitor curriculum implementation and support continuous improvement in collaboration with academic departments
  • Track compliance with accreditation requirements and institutional policies.
  • Ensure alignment with the Ministry of Higher Education and relevant accrediting bodies on academic standards and reporting

  • Experience supporting accreditation processes or working in academic or government institutions
