The Strategy Analyst will support the Siemens Smart Infrastructure Executive Office in the Middle East by combining strategic analysis with operational excellence. This position is designed to provide high‑quality insights, facilitate executive decision‑making, and ensure smooth execution of key initiatives and management processes. The role will collaborate closely with senior executives across Siemens SI, driving cross‑functional alignment and contributing to long‑term strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and trend analysis to identify emerging opportunities.
- Support the development and refinement of the regional strategic plan in alignment with global priorities.
- Design dashboards and reporting mechanisms to track performance against strategic KPIs.
- Provide actionable insights through data‑driven analysis to guide executive decisions.
- Prepare agendas, documentation, and briefing materials for high‑level internal and external meetings (CEO/CFO engagements, customer meetings, government relations).
- Support travel preparations for executive meetings and conferences, ensuring briefing packs and agendas are complete and timely.
- Coordinate management meetings, ensuring pre‑read material, meeting notes, and follow‑up actions are consistently delivered.
- Support collaboration with Key Account Managers and Business Unit leaders to provide visibility on customer engagement and opportunities.
- Partner with Siemens functions (SI BUs, Finance, SX, Sustainability, Corporate Communications) to ensure strategic alignment.
- Support colleagues with CRM and reporting queries, ensuring smooth adoption of digital tools.
- Leverage platforms such as Salesforce/CRM systems, Siemens University, and knowledge‑sharing tools to enhance decision‑making.
- Contribute to Sustainability and Siemens Xcelerator initiatives, aligning Executive Office deliverables with corporate priorities.
- Support measurement and improvement of customer satisfaction (NPS) across key accounts.
- Drive consistency and quality in executive presentations, with a strong focus on PowerPoint and Excel.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Strategy, Economics, Legal, Marketing, or Communications (Master’s preferred).
- Maximum 1 year of post‑graduation professional experience.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with experience in data visualization and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools is an advantage (formal training will be provided after joining if needed).
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
