Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive is seeking a Buying Executive within Automall to source and purchase vehicles to meet stock requirements at advised prices. The role emphasizes maintaining balanced stock age and achieving gross margin targets while delivering a delightful customer experience.

As part of the Automall team, you will prospect, negotiate, and complete inspections and valuations, ensuring correct pricing and contributing to the region's mobility ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Diploma or graduation in a relevant field.
• At least 1 year of experience in buying or selling vehicles.
• Proficiency in MS Office and strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Experience in a major franchise workshop is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and purchase required vehicles at the recommended price to meet monthly purchase targets.
• Achieve the budgeted Gross Margin consistently by negotiating favorable terms.
• Ensure stock mix is balanced and appropriately priced to promote faster turnover and meet stock age targets.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience in alignment with the 'Al Futtaim Way of Behaviour'.
• Optimize every opportunity to source vehicles for purchasing and selling through wholesale channels to meet trade sale targets.
• Accurately complete vehicle inspections and ensure correct valuation on all purchases.
