The ideal candidate will have an MBA and 2-10 years of experience in corporate strategy or management consulting. The role involves collaboration with stakeholders, strategic planning, and project management for effective execution. An industry background in steel or manufacturing is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• 2-10 years of total experience including corporate strategy, management consulting or investment banking.
• Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide strategy and transformation programs.
• Experience with CAPEX governance and PMO operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual strategic project portfolio planning and approval process.
• Oversee strategic and operational transformation projects.
• Establish governance frameworks for large-scale projects.
• Develop enterprise-wide PMO standards and methodologies.
• Monitor project performance through KPI dashboards.
• Facilitate issue resolution and cross-functional integration.
